I am going to have to jump on that bandwagon. Had a highrise in ND yes that is North Dakota. ME that had been retired for years comes out to save the day and designs the system for the architect. Nightmare upon nightmare. Posted all the problems on the forum and Steve responded with a lengthy post that really helped. I learned several things and used the info as ammunition to "do it right". After a battle and several forum responses we won, did it right and for less cost than what was specified. Hard to beat that. Offered Steve a drink in San Diego and he looked at me like I was Jim Jones! I still owe. Forum + Convention = Unbeatable.
