It'd be the same fireloading as a D and you'd flow 2; Thom would be
sprinklering the attic in CO, not as a CO. 

Careful, there are times we can draw parallels between 13, 13r, 13d, and
times where logic has NOTHING to do with it.

I goofed and laid out the sprinklers at 225sf but have made the
corrections by adding some sprinklers and bringing them down to 130sf.
It just seems weird that the same unit when finished is considered part
of the dwelling unit and can be protected with residential heads
calculating 4 max while on the unfinished side I have to pick up 900 sf
min because it's larger than the 500sf exception of 6.8.2.2.  There
could potentially be the same fire load in each.
