Assuming all sprinks are rated QR (including the EC's at 18' x 18'): the
most demanding 900 sf, but not less than 5 sprinklers.

The most demanding 900 sf may be the 4 EC's plus 1 or more SC's.  Or it may
be 3 EC's plus 2 or more SC's.  Regardless, it needs to be the most
demanding 900 sf (but not less than 5 sprinks).
