How are multiple adjustments made to a remote area that includes a 700
sf mechanical room (OH2) with a 2.5:12 sloped ceiling greater than 20'
high that is surrounded by offices (LH) with 10' level ceilings? The
mechanical room that is separated from the rest of the building by
non-rated, but smoke-resistant, walls.

I'm thinking it would be reasonable to use all 700 sf of the mech room
but reduce the other 2300 sf by 40%, making 700 + (0.6)(2300) = 2080 sf.
Since only the mech room ceiling is sloped it doesn't make sense to
apply an increase to the entire area.

I know I have to use the higher hose stream and duration per 11.1.5.2
because my higher density area is over 400 sf.
