You could do a sampling test as outlined in NFPA 25.

Subject: Rebuilidng a sprinkler system after a partial roof collapse

Hello all,

A 14,000 sq. ft. section of a large warehouse collapsed, bringing down some
sprinkler piping that will need to be replaced. I am concerned that the
operating elements on the remaining sprinkler heads have been weakened by
the pipe movement during the collapse and would fail once we do the
hydrostatic test on the system, causing water damage to the stock. Are
there any guidelines for determining whether the remaining heads need to be
replaced? (A visual inspection revealed no apparent damage to these heads.)

Thanks,
