look at IBC 903.3.5.1: No more than 20 sprinklers AND you still have to verify discharge with hydraulic calculations. NFPA 13 also touches the subject and effectively says apply portions of 13 as required by the AHJ. 903.4 identifies that monitoring is NOT required.
