I've seen comments like this several times and really wonder the justification 
for it.  Case in point.  Specified .20 over 1500, no combustibles or 
flammables, industrial application.  Suitable for the Chemical Plants-Ordinary 
category out of 13.

Reviewer comes back with recommendation of .17 over 3,000.

Based on what has been written of most fires being controlled by fewer than 3 
heads, what's the perceived advantage of the larger design area in an 
environment of limited to no combustibles?  Building is "H" occupancy due to 
toxicity hence requiring sprinklers throughout otherwise it would easily and 
without argument be an F-2.
