we used to have a guy in charge of the state rating bureau that determined all buildings of this nature required 0.346/3600 (Rich correct me if I got the numbers wrong) or something equally absurd if you wanted your building rated as sprinklered. Use NFPA or FM as your criterion, instead of GAST, and you didn't get insurance credits for sprinklers.
