I'm glad you put it a little more to the point, Mike, since some of these guys are too lazy to read between the lines.
I just got an email from an annoyed fellow forumite that was concerned the point was lost in treading lightly- since I, a dues paying, volunteer for various committee type of AFSA member, wouldn't want to hurt the feelings of a parasitical lazy SOB. Evidently your response should make it a little more obvious that one truly learns by looking things up, and I know I pay my design dept members to do just that day in and day out. And the newbie has over 100 years of design experience sitting around him that I pay for as a resource, so he doesn't email the Forum to ask elementary questions. I bid against firms with little or no in-house design talent, and their overhead reflects a lower cost of doing business than ours.
