Let's get along folks - there's people here of every state in the industry, from beginner to expert, and people have different learning styles; some gain more from reading, other's by visual means, and some by hearing it said to them. Let's not bash each other over these differences. If a question isn't your cup of tea or too elementary for you then just don't read it or bother posting. It's as simple as that.
