I'd chat with the AHJ for a parallel to 13R treatment of the office as
incidental to the residential nature of the building, maybe go to .1 for the
couple heads, but it smells like making an mountain out of a molehill- until it
burns down. And in NY state, that has happened with 13D in group home with
multiple fatalities.....

I'm all for keeping the cost of FP down- until we have evidence that what we're
doing has killed people when done in the past, and in this case, without
knowing the particulars that may or may not parallel the NY incident, there's
great potential for disaster that should and can be avoided if it indeed exists.

An office inside a structure classified as 13D is a 'home office' in my book.
There is no distinction in 13D as you stated.
