Scenario..... Typical parking garage / residential building with 3 stairwells which require standpipe protection.
One controlled system for the parking garage and one bulk riser to the standpipes. Each stairwell standpipe will have individual isolation control valves and the individual residential floors will be zoned off the standpipes. Does a control valve need to be installed on the standpipe bulk run riser? Would like to use the bulk pipe as part of the FDC piping to save some money.
