The building is wood frame, 3 story with open web wood floor joists, 12"
deep, 16" OC. The combustible Concealed Space is be filled with Un-Faced
combustible insulation. 

How does one protect this space in accordance with NFPA 13? Some insulation
needs to be removed, Correct?  

2010 ed. NFPA 13, 8.15.1.2.12 addresses heat content of material. What if
the insulation does not meet this requirement.
