Hello MPhelps,

and to add to that list:

How deep is it buried?
Is it under traffic lanes and if so what type of covering?
Hoe close to the last leak is the next leak?
Is there an area where the leaks keep showing up or is it random places?
Is it the same contractor and crew making the repairs each time?
