What is the typical response time to a fire at a facility so remote as to
not be connected to a public water supply? Since a spray system is this
case is to keep the tanks cool if impinged on by a outside fire does this
FM think his guys will get to the place and set up in time to have any
effect whatsoever? As a curiosity question on my part, are small tanks of
this size exempt because they don't pose a significant threat or because
the small mass will expand and rupture the tank so quickly any automatic,
outside system would be so slow in responding as to be useless and just a
waste of money? Any Turtles out there that have written a paper on this?
