My guess is tip of the iceberg and I wouldn’t get a service bulletin. I won’t be specifying these any more I can tell you that.

Not a special tee that's not called out also makes more sense. And if the clogging is an unintended result of maintenance Tyco should investigate and then issue a Tech Bulletin if your experience isn't a fluke but a common problem.
