I might be going crazy but I thought there was a requirement for something in the fire pump suction line to have flanged fittings... perhaps the OS&Y? I can't find anything like that now that I"m looking for it and I do see a general requirement that the fittings can be screwed, flanged or mechanically grooved. Is there such a requirement or was there ever one for flanged fittings?
