I don't understand the issue with the timeframe. I understand when you are doing the 200 psi/50 psi above working pressure test. But when we're talking about "testing at working pressure", how is that any different just putting it in service? Why are we stressing about testing for 2 hours when it is going to be tested at working pressure FOR THE LIFETIME OF THE SYSTEM.
