No, I'm using PostgreSQL v9.3.9. Sorry, I should have mentioned my setup. I tested this with - SQLAlchemy 0.9.6 / psycopg2 2.5.3 / Python 2.7.5 - SQLAlchemy 1.0.8 / psycopg2 2.6.1 / Python 2.7.10 Is 1.0.9 available for download to test (or is this even applicable if I'm not using Oracle)?
