I have no idea about the architecture of lighttpd and its relationship to
PHP and SQLite. Something in the various layers of bindings might be wrong.
If the database is reporting it is malformed, then something may be
fundamentally broken. Either fnctl locking is not working, or there's some
memory corruption somewhere, or there's some multithreading or fork() issue.
