Concerning your first potential solution, it seems that I have to "add the %ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer path to the PATH Environment Variable and restart the Application where I am missing the files"
Here again a stupid question: how to add a path to the PATH Environment? Is it in my the VB Express project? I am not distributing the redistributable package. I made the install script "by myself", using NSIS script. However, all my users who have the problem have the Framework .NET installed on their computer. So everything is fine, right? About Dependency Walker, I ran it on my computer but, now, it is coming to my minds that you should have make run it on the computer of one of my users who encounter the bug. Right?
