I set up a task in Task Scheduler to twice per week run any file named "LogitechMediaServer*.exe" in the C:\ProgramData\Squeezebox\Cache\updates folder. I'll see if that stops the daily nags without stopping the updates altogether. I like staying updated but not having to shut down SBS and wait 5-10 mins every time I want to listen to music or the radio.
