Dear Michael, Thanks for your quick replies. Sorry for messing up the thread with double posts, but I didn't notice the pop-up concerning the moderator. Sorry again. I have deleted the cache.db in the folder /var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache, but that did not make the difference.
I have noticed that the "extensions.xml" does exist. I can open it in my browser. I have attached my latest server.log to this thread. Thanks for helping so far. If I am the only one with this problem, I will have to solve it myself. However, I have re-installed lms 7.9.0 multiple times, even on two separate raspberry pi (directly from NOOBS and from max2play) and I have the same issue.
