There is no point trying this faad.exe binary on Windows. The source code makes it clear it does a seek on stdin on WIN32 before taking special action, which means it will have the original bug. It will occur only rarely and will depend on encountering programmes in BBC iPlayer that provoke it. I never observed the original bug in the first place so a test of obviously incorrect source code by me is meaningless. I can't follow up on ralphy's github page, I don't know where it is or what such a page does. You have seen my entire lifelong use of git to date in this thread, I'm a total newbie at git and I don't really have the time for it. Hopefully utgg can handle this, do please say if you can't utgg because after two years we really ought to get this fix in properly. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Owen Smith's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=42371 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=107110 _______________________________________________ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
