No with QLogitechMediaServer the default port 9001. Because on QNap the port 9000 already is used for Twonky.
But you could change it in the .QLMS.conf file to 9000. By changing it from #HTTPPORT="" HTTPPORT="9000" , save the file and restart QLogitechMediaServer. If there are no conflicts, then the port will be 9000. Please remember to also remove the leading # at front of the line !
