carlmart's LMS seems to be set up to use English as its language and his Windows system set to Portuguese (Brazil)
Surely carlmart can't be the only user whose locale decimal separator is "," and who uses the flac seek, so I wonder what would happen if carlmart changes the LMS language from English to Portuguese (Web interface/Settings) and then restarts LMS. Worth a try?
