Just for clarity, squeezelite handles 2 channels of up to 32
bits/samples. Now, there is the possibility to use DSP/DoP in which case
it does not apply gain or do any sort of crossfading, so I guess in that
case the output bitstream that can be sent to stdout it's just whatever
LMS sends from the source file, so if you encode funny things, you can
probably get anything you want. I've never explored that as DSP & al is
really not my cup of tea
