Every time LMS is (re)started (e.g. after updating a plugin) an automatic library rescan is triggered. Until recently this rescan stayed eternally at the "discoverying" state but couldn't find anything and I had to manually stop it. This problem doesn't persist anymore in the meantime.
But how can this library rescan at every server (re)start be avoided?
