It worked fine for me all day and started malfunctioning again at about 4:30 pm Paris time. It seems to be the same pattern every day and it looks like it coincides with the US East Coast getting to life. I'm still running 6.3.1 so the new release can't be responsible. And I don't think my ISP has anything to do with it (works fine even when downloading large files). I think SN is just not working properly.
