I bought my SB3 a few days ago, and so far it works perfectly within my
LAN, but can't connect reliably to SN. I can ping
*service.us.squeezenetwork.com* (avg. 420ms) and telnet to it over
port 3483, but when I try to connect from the SB3 it almost always
fails, and the device screen goes blank (is there any way to make it
stay lit?). In the rare times that it does connect it fails to keep the
connection for more than a few seconds (if I'm lucky, it stays connected
for about 20 seconds).

A few technical details about my setup:

My router is a Rotal-branded Dynalink RTA1025W, updated to the latest
firmware. The SB3 is updated to firmware 81. It gets its IP address,
DNS server and gateway using DHCP. It is connected wirelessly and at
3000kbps is 100%/100%.

Is there any reliable way to troubleshoot this problem? I read quite a
few thread about the problem, but couldn't find any solution.

Thanks!
Oren
