Sorry I can't be of much further help. Assuming all works fine on your internal network vs slimserver, I'd try a different router (most that I know have incoming & outgoing logs, which will help you diagnose connection activity, e.g. Linksys WRT54GL) and if that does not help perhaps a different ISP (I'd recommend bezeqint if you're in Israel)
