The "can not connect to MySB.com" error can affect clients randomly in
Europe especially in the WE - see sticky post in this forum.
I also ran into problems connecting again after an outage, here is what
worked for me :

1. Do not run SBS on the PC ( it will only confuse the Duet even more
)
2. factory reset the receiver ( press LED until flashes rapidly red )
3. factory reset controller ( choose in advanced settings or press +
while powering up )
Then you will be prompted at some point to enter MySB.com account +
password.
After that you can start up SBS again and set/verify your MySB.com
info.
