Well we exhausted all possible causes, except some obscure configuration issue with SBS itself. I know you un- and re-installed SBS already , but maybe you should try it once more, scrobbing all leftover info after the uninstall with the utility I use for this on a regular base ( sent by private message since in is not done to promote "other" software in a forum ) Running out of tricks now....
