That's puzzling - I never had a problem in SBS setting that account (
and do actually wonder what it is really used for....)
Based on the error message ( "Couldn't resolve IP address for:
www_mysqueezebox_com" ), please look into possible DNS issues.
Can you test this :

open Dos Box ( Run -> cmd )
try ping mysqueezebox.com : is it replying ?
