Hi I normlly have a stable experience using Mysqueezebox - (see my other generally positive statements) but this christmas has been a real downer.
I had hoped and planned that while I had 12 people in my house on Christmas day and boxing day I would be able to use the playlists I had spent the last few weeks creating on Napster. It comes to christmas day and the duet is basically useless all day. Unable to connect to mysb.com all day until around 5pm GMT. I work in the networking/IT business and this can only be the result of a complete failure of testing/scaling/planning. We deserve an appology. And for Logitech, hoping to sign new customers, you lost out in my house and in the houses of many others to get new business. You have to realise that a happy community of users is your best route to new business. Scale it for the busiest time, plan for your forecasted product growth and actually make people happy to own it and recommend it.
