Sorry if I wasn't clear. My experience is that if mysqueezebox.com is connected and then the SB Server is disconnected or the computer turned off then my players will connect or stay connected to mysqueezebox.com. If on the other hand mysqueezebox.com is not connected before disconnecting the server or turning off the computer then I can not connect to mysqueezebox.com. I know it sounds like I am going around in circles but the issue seems to have something to do with proxy servers. I don't think I am configured to a proxy server (I checked this out at the web site for mysqueezebox.com) but for some reason when SB Server is disconnected Ports 3483 and 9000 fail.
