I can connect to mysqueezebox.com if I have the squeezebox server running, but if it is off (for example I turn the computer off) then I will only have a connection to my squeezebox.com if I have connected to it prior to disconnecting the server. Most of the time this is not the case; I want to connect to mysqueezebox.com when my computer is off and I can't connect I get a message on the player like "cannot find the address for mysqueezebox.com...." I have contacted tech support numerous times and they have suggested the same things each time : factory reset of players, disconnect players, disconnect router, reset router. Nothing has worked.
