I'm having virtually the same problem. I wake up in the morning and both
my Transporter, which is wired and my Boom, which is wireless have lost
their connection to mysb.com. "Cannot find address for mysb.com." I
also have a controller which displays the message:

Problem Connecting

We could not connect to mysb.com. If this problem persists, please
check SB server to make sure it is running properly, and that you have
a reliable network connection.

Why the heck would I run a SB server if I was already connected to
mysb.com?

This problem is occuring two or three times a day and the only way I
can get the connection back is to boot up the machine that does run my
local copy of SB server. When the server comes up, both the Transporter
and the Boom reconnect without me doing anything else. I don't even have
to ask the devices to try again...they just automagically reconnect to
mysb.com. I can then shut the server machine down and they will work
fine until the connection drops again.

I've been running SB's since Slimserver 6.5.1, I'm familiar with the
products and my network is strong. If I never take the SB server
machine down, my squeezeboxen will remain connected to mysb.com and
will perform without issue. But that is the problem.... I don't want to
leave the server up. I never had the problem until I had to update the
firmware to 7.5 from mysb.com. I can work around it but it is really
getting to be a pain and I feel sorry for new users who do not have
enough experience to troubleshoot this issue. What if, for whatever
reason, you don't have a local copy of SBS? Reboot and reset until
support tells you that you have a network problem that they can't
diagnose?
