I think you must call support again.  Until the SB3 is deleted from that
bogus account you will never be able to associate that SB3 with your
proper account.

How/why it keeps reverting to the same bogus account is very strange.
There have been rare instances of duplicate MAC address' issued (or at
least MySB thinks they are duplicates) with different players which can
cause players to show up under the wrong MySB account.  But I don't
think that explains how a bogus email is on your SB3.
