Hi,

I did contact the support once again, and once again they did relinked
my device (based on it's mac address) with my mysb account.

I suppose, like u, that that might be another sb3 with the same mac
address, strange as it may seem.

there for I assume that the problem in good chance might return. and I
also think that a long term solution might be reassigning a new mac
address to my device (I think it can be done)
