The biggest problem here is the skipping of tracks. This is since the beginning of the Napster-plugin here. Sometimes more severe (skipping mostly alls tracks of an album), sometimes it doesn't occur for a few days or weeks. This is the most annoying thing on the Squeezebox here. Another thing is the new design of the Napster-plugin on the Duet-handheld. Why is it ordered in that cluttered way? Why not the straightforward way like it earlier was? Too much image-work in the lists also. Why isn't this to be switchable? Would be better to read the titles than staring at the pictures and guessing what the titles are? The images could then show up, when the album/song is chosen - on the next page. Why is the link "mix songs" on top of the list? That's ridiculous. This should be at the bottom end of the list. Why can one not chose to sort the lists alphabetically and/or by release-date? That Napster-app could be the biggest for buying the Squeezebox. Instead it is a deal-breaker how it is "working" - if at all - at the moment. It's simply a shame!!!
