I second this sooooo much. The Napster concept and app *could* be so much better than the Spotify one. The content is a lot richer, for example.
And the price is lower. But tracks are still skipped all over the place, especially when load on their servers is heavy. It seems to be a time-out issue, but it's kinda important that Logitech realise that it isn't fixed by the new app. I did speak with Napster about it - they sais it needed to be 'rebuilt from the ground up' by Logi. Now I don't know whether the person I spoke with actually knew that or whether it was 'opinion' or 'conjecture' but I agree with you. Napster could be the 'killer app' for squeezebox - much better than Spotify. All it takes is a bit of effort between the two parties.
