I got my refund. And on an off topic note. Toby10, intent isn't necessarily a required part in the definition of a lie. To lie can be defined as "to create a false or misleading impression" [Merriam Webster]. I'm on the fence about there being any intent on the part of the Spotify marketing department in this case but the question is nonetheless moot.
