Your SB can only be connected to one server at a time. That server could be either mysqueezebox.com (the server 'in the cloud') or a local LMS (the server on your pc). In the example you give, your SB is connected to LMS, which is why you can play your own music. Therefore it is not connected to mysb.com, which is why mysb.com is telling you it's not connected.
