MySB can be used when you have no local LMS server at all or wish to stream online stations/services while your computer is turned off. LMS uses MySB in the background, but there is no advantage to switching to MySB if using LMS. In fact LMS has added features and reliability not offered on MySB.
Maybe your Squeeze Commander phone is connected to MySB and your Touch is connected to LMS? Can you switch the phone to LMS?
