Could also be a firewall problem. Is there any firewall between SC and LMS or SBT? Might be the case if you are using a wireless router for SC and Ethernet for LMS/SBT. Then you have to open two firewall ports to get streaming and control pass through. One port is 9000 and I don't remember the second one but you can find it on sb wiki. Just in case of...
