I must admit that I hate the majority of low-energy lamps, especially
the ones that take 5 minutes to reach full brightness. The LED spots
cost a small fortune and are much too intense. The better option for
now looks like halogen bulbs and their consumption is claimed to be 25%
- 30% lower than that of filament lamps.
