I also agree; I have five Squeezeboxes and also spent time with testing network connection, factory reseting and recording a support request to Logitech before I found this forum. It would, out of respect for customers, be quite easy for Logitech to post a message on the support section of logitech.com and mysqueezebox.com which you actually can reach. This would at least mean less frustration to customers. I have so far had the highest confidence in Logitech's products, even if there has been some bugs and no information on upgrades, and I would like to keep it that way.
