NOT acceptable. Logitech (the bosses, not the poor buggers that have to run round sorting it) should have this licked. That's why we give them lots of money to buy their stuff. I personally bought another radio that arrived last night and has been useful as a doorstop for the last 24 hr. Confidence in Logitech is diminishing by the hour because of this. This in particular may be small, but my future purchasing decisions (which quite likely includes a shedload of expensive VC stuff) will be unavoidably influenced by how Logitech support what they've sold.
