Patience , they are sadly understaffed it is probably the same people as usual involved the 2-3 devs still working with this :-/
In a normal company thier boss had stepped in and done the PR while the technicians are working on the problem . I do service myself on industrial plants etc , I'd go ape of someone harrassed me about progress report every 15 minutes :) Admitt that I know nothing about hiring a server farm or what they do , this runs in an amazon data centre ? As this is not the most mission critical ( not a bank and possibly not manned 24/7 ) who knows what startup time they have before someone is working on it . But in the end it is bussiness you can always fork up the $$$ and have redundancy ,but we know how the bussiness went to... That said this is much better than it was around when the duet was launched this is the first major outtake in long long time . Therefore I'm a bit curious to what's up it must be bad as this was not supposed to happen again ?
